The pool owner is not responsible in any way for any losses resulting from participation in the pool (in the event of an attack on the pool and/or other illegal actions related to hacking and/or damage to the program) including, network problems, problems and/or complete power outage in the location area servers (mining pool) and/or breakdowns-disconnections of the Internet, and/ or changes in the value of the cryptocurrency. The pool owner provides it solely for informational purposes, and not as a means of earning money or other actions related to making a profit! By staying on the pool and starting mining on it, you take all the risks!

Participants must ensure that their mining does not harm the operation of the pool or other participants. Malicious activities such as DDoS attacks or the provision of invalid shares are strictly prohibited.

The pool may charge for its services. These fees are usually deducted from the mining fee. The remuneration structure will be clearly communicated to all participants. We reserve the right to change the amount of remuneration at any time.

Participants voluntarily staying on the pool and starting mining are responsible for their mining equipment and related costs such as electricity and maintenance and possible breakdowns.

In order to receive remuneration, more than the minimum payment must be credited to the participant's account. This requirement applies in any possible case.

The pool may be undergoing maintenance or idle. Efforts will be made to minimize disruptions.

The pool collects the minimum data necessary for operation, such as IP addresses and mining performance indicators. This data is used exclusively for pool management and optimization.
